Loving Haiti Inc. is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) public charity organization, established February 19, 2013. Our Employer Identification Number (E.I.N.) is 46-2083758. We are governed by a board of directors and supported by people who excel at loving on Haiti.
Loving Haiti shall manage its finances in accordance to the following:

- Stewardship principles of entrustment, investment, accountability and rewards with the goal to safeguard the organization’s assets and to ensure that these assets are being used efficiently and effectively in pursuit of our purpose, mission and goals.
- Financial & accounting standards & practices reviewed and reported by LHI Board of Directors (BOD) and Cache Accounting and Tax services in compliance with the IRS and other State and Federal agencies registration and requirements.
- Secretary of State – Corporate registration and annual renewal and report.
- Federal and State – Annual tax reports (990, payroll)
